Well, when i weighed in Monday morning, i had GAINED 4 lbs. (Must have been that late night meal at McD's.) We thought it was the scale so we went out and bought a new one. The weight for today was the same on both scales.

The Beginning...
I started a new weight-loss plan today. I have decided I will lose this weight in 2009. I am going to track my weight and my measurements online so others can watch and encourage me. The plan I am following... eat chocolate and lose weight. How is that possible you ask? I don't know. Follow my blog as I find out myself.
